With Snowboard Cross being one of the most physically gruelling sports in the world, my Private Health has been a backbone of support. After two major crashes both on the World Stage at the Winter Olympics, my Private Health has been the reason I could get back on the track to reclaim my status as World Number 1.
Lightning has struck twice, in Sochi 2014 and PyeongChang 2018 I severely damaged my kneecap on my leg which meets my prosthetic. This had to be repaired for me to continue to live a normal life. The surgery costs would have been enormous, but I was able to use my insurance and get back out doing what I love the most. After surgery comes the benefits of Physio and Chiro which are a must for me getting my body to be back moving the way I need it to be. I cannot imagine a life without having that cover.
